Founded in 2001, Phillips Brewing in Victoria has become an award-winning craft brewery. In 2021, they created iOTA, based on the idea that great tasting craft beer doesn’t have to be defined by its alcohol content. They brew iOTA non-alcoholic beers the same way as all of their other beers, then just remove the alcohol — no funny business.
