Snap a cheesy selfie with our very own knight in shining armour alongside a sample tasting of Cathedral City Cheese.
Great Britain is famous for many things — Kings and Queens, medieval castles, Shakespeare — but most importantly, it was the birthplace of cheddar cheese in the 12th century. With over 50 years of cheesemaking expertise, Cathedral City consistently delivers on superior taste and high quality, making it the UK’s favourite. Now, it’s available in Canada and you can try it too!
Cathedral City cheddar is made at their award-winning creamery in the county of Cornwall in southwest England using 100% British milk from dedicated local farms. England’s southwest peninsula enjoys both sun and rain in good supply, resulting in a temperate climate that enables some of the United Kingdom’s richest fields and lushest pastures to flourish, providing an ideal environment for cows to graze. This results in rich, creamy milk of a consistently high quality and helps give the cheese its distinctive flavour.
