Calling all gluten-free bakers! Bake My Day offers one of the best all-purpose gluten-free flour mixes available — no gritty texture — that can be used cup-for-cup in any recipe.
Bake My Day was born from Dale Norton’s love of cooking and baking. She honed her skills over years of catering at Vancouver Island lodges, before pursuing her passion and selling her baked goods at local farmer’s markets. Realizing how many people were looking for affordable, great-tasting, gluten-free products motivated her to move from traditional to gluten-free baking and launch Bake My Day Gluten-Free Flour in December 2012.
After much trial and error, she created the perfect custom blend of white and brown rice flours; potato, tapioca and corn starches; and includes xanthan gum as a binding and thickening agent Shortly after, she began expanding to offer other gluten-free products including puff pastry, short crust pastry and a variety of ready-to-bake items, many of which are dairy-free, egg free or vegan.
