Lesley Stowe Raincoast Crisps are the original small-batch artisan cracker, perfect for your next summer charcuterie platter.
Lesley Stowe Raincoast Crisps are the original artisan crackers that are still made the same way today as when Lesley Stowe first created them in 1998. Proudly crafted in Richmond, BC, using small-batch production methods, they are baked from scratch with familiar ingredients such as fruits, seeds, and nuts, then hand-packed and labeled by batch for traceability. Their sturdy texture and balanced flavour make them ideal for snacking on their own or pairing with your favourite artisan cheeses, spreads, dips, or antipasto. They make a beautiful and healthier-choice addition to a charcuterie platter!
Lesley Stowe is a Parisian-trained chef, who has become an established culinary pioneer and entertaining expert, authoring two cookbooks and being featured on numerous national and international TV shows. In the 1980s, she opened one of Vancouver’s first specialty food shops, Lesley Stowe Fine Foods. It offered customers a wide range of artisanal cheeses, fresh breads, premium olive oils and vinegars, and other hard-to-find gourmet products from around the world — and quickly became a foodie destination shop. Lesley was also a frontrunner in offering cooking classes and tastings, inspiring home cooks throughout the region.
That same passion for quality led to the creation of Lesley Stowe Raincoast Crisps, a handcrafted artisan cracker. They became an instant customer favourite and earned international recognition, with features on Oprah’s O List and in Martha Stewart Living. Today, distribution of the crisps has expanded into more than 4,000 stores across North America. In response to many consumer requests, Lesley introduced almond flour crisps to accommodate the growing need of people avoiding gluten in their diets.
